Product Features:
Draw Tapered & Diamond Cut Leaves: Ensure the load is progressively distributed over a larger surface area, reducing the high stresses that develop at leaf ends. This provides increased ride quality and protection against leaf breakage, significantly increasing the spring life.
Bolt Clamps & Liners: The leaf clamps are bolted to allow installation of anti squeak nylon liners.
Fully Scragged & Load Tested: Scragging ensures the spring takes a permanent 'set' which reduces the risk of sagging. Load testing ensures the spring meets the required specification.
Graphite Coating: To further reduce the friction between the spring leaves & friction pads.
Military Wrap: Designed to provide added safety.
Anti Friction Pads: Regreasable nylon interleaf liners reduce friction at the leaf tips where the load is the greatest.
Flat Axle Seat Area: Allows a positive, safe axle mount reducing spring stress & increasing spring life.
Shot Peening: The tension side of all leaves is shot peened to reduce spring stress. This process can double the life of a spring.
Two-stage Leaf Pack: Featured on most rear springs for optimum comfort. When unladen the vehicle is largely riding on the primary stage, with the secondary stage providing additional support when a heavy load is added.

Black Path is proud to present this Brand New Driveshaft Spacer that is the perfect way to extend your Samurai Driveshaft after installing an up to 5" lift kit. Keeps the slip joints in their proper range of motion. Saves expensive rebuilds of your driveshaft time after time. This spacer is a 3/4" thick unit and includes high-strength installation hardware. CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and balanced to help reduce driveline vibrations. Finished with micro-friction black anodized coating. We've laser etched BlackPath Brand signature around the perimeter to keep you looking good.

Trail Gear SSP-BL2 2-Inch Body Lift Kit All Suzuki Samurai
Perfect for fine tuning the fit of larger tires to your vehicle or for clearing the hood with larger engine swaps. These kits are a must if you want an economical way to maximize the lift on your Samurai.
What makes our kit different than the rest is:
-We run a full 3" O.D. Solid UHMW spacers. Other kits run a 2" O.D. Going with a 3" Material covers more surface area, giving the body more support. The factory surface area is 3", so we like to keep the body supported as tightly as possible so that it doesn't move on the frame. The spacers are drilled to the size of the stud adapter so that there is no excess play in between the stud adapter and the spacer itself. This ensures that once the body is securely fastened, the body is fully supported.
-Our washers are custom pieces, made out of 1/8" steel plate. We found that other kits and stock washers did not have a tight inner diameter. This caused much play between the machined stud adapter and the washer itself... not something you want.
-Our washers and machined stud adapters are plated for corrosion resistance. Other kits do not have any plating and are just bare steel.
Installs in approximately 2 hours. Perfect for fine tuning the fit of larger tires to your vehicle or for clearing the hood with larger engine swaps. These kits are a must if you want an economical way to maximize the lift on your Rig.
